Assistance and Recovery Program, Inc. (ARP) is a not-for-profit organization established by Operating Engineers Local 3 and Signatory Employers to assist in promoting a drug-free workplace, while offering a confidential, affordable resource to Local 3 members (and their covered dependents) in need of substance abuse and/or alcohol-related treatment. We strive to help remove the stigma associated with addiction through outreach, education, referral and treatment. Overcoming addiction to drugs or alcohol is challenging. We are committed to helping you on your journey.
